The Hybrid International Conference on Construction, Material, and Infrastructure (HICCMI) with the theme “AI-Driven Innovations in Civil Engineering – Transforming Infrastructure Design, Construction, and Sustainability” is organized by the Department of Civil Engineering, Politeknik Negeri Pontianak (POLNEP), West Kalimantan, Indonesia. The conference aims to bring together academics, researchers, industry professionals, and policymakers to share knowledge and experiences on recent innovations in civil engineering, especially in the application of artificial intelligence (AI).
The one-day conference will be conducted in a hybrid format (both onsite and online), featuring plenary sessions and symposium presentations. The plenary sessions will include keynote speeches delivered by prominent experts from national and international institutions, focusing on infrastructure engineering, construction materials, and AI-driven technologies. The symposium sessions will consist of invited speakers and selected presenters showcasing their research aligned with relevant civil engineering topics.
All sessions will be conducted in English, and participants are encouraged to actively engage in discussions, expand their professional networks, and foster collaboration in research and innovation. HICCMI offers a strategic platform for advancing digital transformation, enhancing construction efficiency, and promoting infrastructure sustainability.
